- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
- Feedback means feedback, innovations or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance or features of our Service.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
- Website refers to Everything Raw, accessible from https://www.everythingraw.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
If You wish to place an order, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.
Our kitchen is completely plant-based, therefore We do not handle any animal products or products which contain ingredients derived from animals.
The allergens which are used in Our kitchen and which may contain traces of in Your desserts are: peanuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts and sesame seeds. however, We take the utmost care in ensuring all allergies are adhered to strictly.
All food allergies, intolerances and / or dietary requirements must be specified in the ‘Special Requirements’ box when placing your order via the website.
Deliveries and collection
Our Postal Orders are available for delivery to UK addresses Only (excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands), using a next day courier service. For large orders, there may be a delay in dispatch, for which You will be notified ASAP. You will receive an email with tracking information once Your order has been dispatched.
All deliveries can be made locally for a small fee when situated within a 3 mile radius from our production site after a minimum spend of £30.00. Deliveries which exceed the 3 mile radius will be charged accordingly (please see all changes when placing our order at checkout).
All of Our desserts can be collected. There is no charge for collection and no minimum order. You can set your collection day / time when placing Your order at Checkout.
Our Postal Orders will be shipped in chilled packaging, therefore it is important that upon receiving the delivery, You store them in the fridge (consume within 1 week), or place them in the freezer for up to a month (defrost in the fridge for approx. 1 hour).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
- Goods availability
- Errors in the description or prices for Goods
- Errors in Your Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Our Returns Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Returns Policy to learn more about Your right to cancel Your Order.
If You decide to cancel Your order, a full refund may not be possible if the appropriate notice is not provided. We require, no less than, 4 days’ notice, prior to your order being collected / delivered as we may have already made your order.
In the unlikely event that Everything Raw cancels the order, We shall not be liable for any failure to perform where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside Our reasonable control including, but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.
In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness, immediate family bereavement etc. Everything Raw, will give as much notice as possible if We are unable to fulfill Your order and will refund You any processed payments.
In the event that You wish to postpone Your order, please let Us know as soon as possible.
We regularly photograph Our desserts and We reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion purposes.
The Company reserves the right to revise prices of the Goods offered to the public at any time prior to accepting an Order.
The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If We do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
If you have any complaints regarding Your order, please contact Us via email: [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include a photographic evidence and explain Your unsatisfactory reasons.
Some complaints may require further investigation and an immediate refund may not always be possible. The desserts must have been stored as instructed above (please refer to ‘Storage’ section)
We do not refund customers who have simply changed their mind or processed the order incorrectly. You must ensure all the correct information is displayed at Checkout including any allergy requests prior to proceeding to payment.
We do not accept complaints for not liking the taste of Our products mainly because individuals’ tastes are diverse.
You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
